Two Nigerian nationals were on Friday, captured by India police and 50 g of cocaine worth Rs. 2.5 lakh (N1.2million) recouped from them.

The accused – Nduba Joseph (25) and Nwite Sunday Rose (32) from East Nigeria – were grabbed from a flat in Indiranagar where they were sitting tight.

The accused supposedly admitted that they used to get cocaine from their contact, recognized as Ben from T.C. Palya, and offer it.

The police have booked the team under Narcotics Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985, and remanded them in legal guardianship. Endeavors are on to capture Ben, who is said to be on the run.
