The on-again, off-again couple cuddled up while taking a walk after attendingKanye West's concert with other members of Kylie's family. Kylie, who looked casual in a black t-shirt and Vans, also showed offher new bleach-blond hair. After briefly splitting earlier this year, it seems these two are backto being young and in love.
